The Beacon Clinical Study, investigating a potential gene editing technology for sickle cell disease (SCD), needed to educate potential and enrolled participants about the complex therapy and study requirements. Artcraft Health worked closely with the study team and its SCD advocacy group, which resulted in two dynamic support tools: an illustrated patient journey and an engaging resource guide that clearly explained informed consent, base editing, the study, and visit schedule. We also produced an at-a-glance guide for HCPs about the study's objectives, design, and eligibility criteria.
