Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Artcraft Health.

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the [United States] who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Artcraft Health, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period
The game begins November 24th and ends December 18th, 2025. Final winner awarded on December 19th.

4. How to Enter
To enter, visit artcrafthealth.com, locate the polar bear character “Arlo” hidden on the site, and complete the entry information (name, company, email, phone). Limit one entry per person per week. No purchase necessary.

5. Prizes
Four (4) prizes will be awarded:

• Week 1: Hotel Collection Diffuser Starter Kit (Approximate retail value: $154)

• Week 2: Kindle 16 GB (Approximate retail value: $109)

• Week 3: Beats Solo 4 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones (Approximate retail value: $129)

• Week 4: PlayStation® 5 Console (Slim) (Approximate retail value: $549)

6. Winner Selection and Odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for each week’s prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 5 days, or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will not be shared outside of sponsor.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

11. Winners List
For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Artcraft Health, 39 Highway 12, Flemington, NJ 08822.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. However, you may choose to donate your prize to Holiday Hands, sponsored by the United Way of Hunterdon County.
