Neulasta Onpro

Artcraft Health was tasked with creating an effective demonstration device and training program that would ensure patients use the client’s new on-body injector. The demonstration device needed to simulate the patient experience in a 3- to 7-minute cycle versus the actual 27-hour administration experience. Our team first reviewed the OMNIPOD commercial device manufactured by Insulet Corporation. From here, we reverse-engineered the device to create a fully functional demonstration unit for Neulasta Onpro that uses solid-state electronics instead of liquid. The kit included the loading syringe, on-body device, blue needle guide, and adhesive patches. The demonstration devices were loaded into a training kit that included an injection skin block and tablet with a chaptered IFU video. Demand for the demonstration device and training kits from the sales force has been exceptionally high. The Neulasta brand team has since placed 5 reorders and expanded to 16 countries in Europe.
